About the Founder

Slav Tunkel is Real Estate Developer & Investment Structurer professional focused on structuring off-market hospitality and branded residential developments across Southern Europe.

He specializes in identifying land-backed opportunities with strong repositioning potential and transforming them into structured projects by aligning land, development, and capital partners.

Currently, he is leading the structuring of a coastal hospitality development in Cyprus (~€185M GDV), combining hotel and branded residential components in a prime beachfront location. 

His approach is centered on long-term value creation, strategic partnerships, and institutional-grade project execution. Focused on sourcing and structuring off-market opportunities with institutional-grade potential. Engaging with private investors, family offices and strategic partners across Europe and the Middle East. He structures and leads investment opportunities, aligning land, development, and capital partners into joint venture structures.
